Behavioural Biometrics Study

This study is designed to collect anonymous behavioural interaction data for academic research into continuous authentication.

What you will do

You will complete two short tasks:

1. Typing task: type prompted words for 60 seconds.

2. Tapping task: tap moving targets for 60 seconds.

What to expect

The full session takes 2 minutes.

Before the tasks, you will be asked a few quick context questions such as time of day, fatigue, and input device.

At the end, you will see your results and your anonymous Participant ID.

Important instructions

Please complete the tasks naturally, using your normal typing and tapping behaviour.

For the typing task, type the word shown and press the Enter/Return key after each word.

Please do not take part while driving or in any unsafe situation.

Rate how tired you feel right now, from 1 = very alert to 5 = very tired.
